Job Description
Support the planning and execution of internal company events (town hall, workshops, culture campaigns, employee gatherings, celebrations).
Assist in developing event concepts and engagement activities aligned with company values.
Coordinate event logistics (venue setup, vendors, registration, materials, documentation).
Prepare event materials (rundown, participant list, presentation deck, feedback form).
Support on-site event operations to ensure smooth execution.
Draft internal communication materials (WhatsApp announcements, emails, invitations, posters).
Assist in employee engagement initiatives (mini games, appreciation programs, internal campaigns).
Document events (photos, recap reports, attendance tracking).
Support post-event evaluation and simple budget recap.
Provide administrative support related to HR engagement activities.
Minimum Qualifications
Vocational student, final-year student, fresh graduate, or career starter in Psychology, HR, Communication, Business, Event Management, or related field.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Able to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
Comfortable using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
Basic design skills (Canva / PowerPoint) is a plus.
Energetic, responsible, and willing to learn.
