Teach inspiring, challenging and enjoyable lessons

Ensure that every student receives suitable academic challenge in every lesson and makes progress

Work with other colleagues to constantly share, reflect and improve on classroom practice

Follow the curriculum designed by the school and work with other colleagues to develop the curriculum

Regularly assess students’ work and provide high quality feedback and report regularly and in detail to parents

Enhance students’ moral, social and personal development through their lessons

Identify individual learning needs and work with other staff to support these as required
