Sales Manager

Business Manager Akar Inti Enterprise is hiring a Business Manager to oversee B2B system integration projects, develop business strategies, manage client relationships, and drive business growth through innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

Acquire new B2B or enterprise‑level clients

Develop solutions and organize, plan, create & deliver compelling proof‑of‑concept demonstrations

Prepare and deliver solution‑based product presentations and demonstrations to customers

Work closely with Head of Business and CEO to ensure the successful closure of the sales process

Lead and mentor a team of Sales Specialists to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives

Close the deal with the client and contribute to the business team in driving revenue

Liaise with Product Managers to provide client feedback on product requirements

Keep abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscape

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field

Proven 7+ years of B2B Sales Manager experience in the IT industry, system integration, or digital transformation

Strong skills in Business Development, Sales Acquisition, Strategic Planning, Project Management, and Client Relationship Management

Knowledge of IT solutions and digital transformation

Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities with excellent presentation skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with adaptability to work with multiple stakeholders

Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team

Strategic thinking and planning capabilities to drive business growth and success

Certifications in project management or business analysis are a plus
