Sales Specialist

Role Description We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Kediri. The Sales Specialist will focus on driving sales by understanding customer needs, developing relationships, and offering tailored solutions. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining customer satisfaction, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The specialist will also participate in training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques while contributing to sales strategy development.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining positive client relationships

Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets

Experience with Training to assist in onboarding and developing team members

Result-driven mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service and achieving goals

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus

Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
