Job Responsibilities

Lead corporate legal strategy to protect company interests and reduce legal risk

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations across operations

Oversee corporate structure, governance documents, and legal records

Manage licenses, permits, and regulatory requirements

Provide legal advice on disputes, audits, due diligence, and legal actions

Safeguard and manage Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)

Support management with proactive legal solutions for business decisions

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Law

High Conversational English skill (oral and written)

Minimum 2 years as Corporate Legal Manager in a large scale corporation, experienced in handling corporate structure, license, permits, assets, governance documents, dispute resolutions, legal advice/solutions, legal audit, due diligence, IPR

Strong understanding of Indonesian regulations of corporate, civil, contract, license & permit, IPR

Own PERADI license

Good leadership skill, good communication skill, strategical, and good analytical & problem solving skill
