English Language Teacher

English Language Teaching Position – Study Bali International (SBI)

We are seeking a motivated and qualified English Language Teacher to join our international teaching team at Study Bali International (SBI), Jimbaran – Bali

Start Date:

end of March 2026 - early April 2026

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (any major)

120-hour TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate with min. 6 hours of assessed teaching practice

English proficiency: High B2 / IELTS 7.0

Minimum 2 years of ESL teaching experience

Strong skills in Microsoft Office, curriculum development, material preparation, and public speaking

Ability to plan excellent lessons independently

Experienced in teaching adults (main focus) and young learners

Confident in teaching international classes (mixed nationalities)

Flexible, adaptable, and resilient in a dynamic teaching environment

A team player with excellent communication skills and a positive “can-do” attitude

Strong critical thinking and ability to take initiative

Interest in leadership capacity and personal development

Able to teach occasional Indonesian language sessions

Teaching Responsibilities:

Adult Classes (main focus) – international students, Monday to Friday at SBI

Young Learner Classes – occasional classes at Jimbaran Junior Academy (SBI’s sister school)

Corporate Training – deliver English classes for hotels, restaurants, and companies across Bali

Deliver lessons using SBI’s teaching methodology

Lead engaging, interactive lessons that integrate public speaking and critical thinking

Support SBI’s mission of creating a vibrant, international learning community
