About the Role
The Driver Acquisition & Management role is crucial for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for last-mile delivery riders & management process. Ensuring that we meet our operational needs and expansion plans.
Job Responsibilities
1.Driver Acquisition & Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for last-mile delivery riders, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and execute effective driver sourcing strategies through online platforms, communities, referrals, and field recruitment.
Ensure driver hiring targets are met based on operational needs and expansion plans.
2.Driver Onboarding & Training
Coordinate onboarding processes including document verification, training schedules, and operational briefings.
Ensure all new drivers understand company SOPs, service standards, and delivery procedures.
3.Driver Performance Management
Monitor driver performance metrics such as attendance, delivery completion rate, punctuality, and customer feedback.
Identify performance gaps and implement coaching, retraining, or disciplinary actions when necessary.
4.Driver Engagement & Retention
Maintain good relationships with drivers and address operational concerns to improve engagement and retention.
Support initiatives to improve driver satisfaction, productivity, and loyalty.
5.Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve driver recruitment processes, onboarding efficiency, and rider management systems.
Plan driver allocation and manpower planning based on forecasted demand.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
Minimum
2–3 years of experience
in mass recruitment in logistics, transportation, or last-mile delivery.
Strong experience in
high-volume recruitment
or field hiring.
Good understanding of
driver or field workforce management .
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with operational teams and drivers.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
Willing to
work on-site and occasionally visit operational locations .
