Job Description
Responsibilities
Support the General Manager in managing cross-functional projects across Evolene and its subsidiary brands.
Coordinate marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand-related initiatives.
Assist in developing project timelines, task tracking, and execution plans.
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Creative, Operations, Sales) and external agencies/vendors.
Ensure all projects are delivered on schedule and aligned with brand objectives.
Monitor project progress and provide clear, structured updates to the GM.
Help manage agency/vendors workflows, deliverables, and revisions.
Maintain organized documentation including briefs, timelines, and reports.
Proactively identify potential delays or issues and suggest practical solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
1–3 years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, or agency environment.
Experience working with creative/digital/event agencies is a plus.
Comfortable handling multiple brands or campaigns simultaneously.
Basic understanding of marketing campaign flow and content production process.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint).
Familiar with project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.) is an advantage.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
