Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Compensation and Benefits
Responsibilities
Support administration of various compensation activities, including annual salary reviews, bonus calculations, annual budgeting, recognition program, sales incentive plans, job structures and international assignment benefits.
Support the development and maintenance of the company’s compensation structure, salary bands, and job grading systems.
Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs (insurance, wellness, retirement), including vendor management and renewals.
Maintain data on long-term incentive plans and coordinate with external consultants to manage executive compensation and reporting.
Document, communicate, and maintain all compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
Contribute to regional and global C&B initiatives and projects as assigned.
Support and coordinate global mobility processes.
Market Research and Benchmarking
Conduct salary benchmarking market surveys with market analysis to understand industry compensation trends.
Assist in recording job evaluation analysis, market pricing, and internal equity assessments.
Monitor trends and legislative changes impacting compensation and benefits practices.
Prepare reports and dashboards for HR and management.
Support communication on education of employees on reward programs.
Budgeting & Reporting
Participate in the annual budget exercise with detailed analysis to support cost projections.
Prepare regular compensation and benefits reports for the leadership team, showing trends, program effectiveness, and financial impact.
Maintain and record negotiations with labour unions regarding compensation and benefits packages.
Maintain and update employee compensation and benefits records in SAP SuccessFactors.
Generate periodic reports on compensation, benefits, and payroll for management review.
Stakeholder Engagement
As a member of the Rewards team provide support to Business Unit HR business partners, line managers on C&B matters.
Ensure consistent communication and understanding of C&B policies across the organization.
Projects & Process Improvements
Contribute to the development and rollout of new C&B initiatives or systems.
Drive process improvement and automation efforts in the C&B space.
Support internal audits and compliance-related documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally in a regional or multinational setting.
Strong MS Excel skills and proficiency in compensation benchmarking tools (e.g., Mercer, Korn Ferry, Willis Towers Watson).
Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and modelling skills will be advantageous.
Experience with HRIS systems like SAP Success Factors, exposure to SuccessFactors Performance Management and Compensation modules would be advantageous.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive data with confidentiality.
Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Effective communicator and collaborative team player.
