Job Description

Provide technical support related to the features and benefits of Building Chemistry products offered to customers.

Deliver technical training to the sales team on product knowledge and its technical applications.

Conduct training sessions for customers based on their needs.

Offer technical consultation to customers regarding the use and application of Building Chemistry products in the field.

Ensure that all Building Chemistry products sold meet the established technical quality standards.

Handle and resolve technical issues encountered by customers or the sales team, either through direct on-site assistance or coordination with relevant internal teams.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to the products, including user guides and application instructions.

Perform technical field surveys to ensure product performance aligns with claims and specifications.

Provide technical feedback to the product development team regarding customer complaints or new product needs identified in the field.

Ensure all Building Chemistry products comply with applicable technical regulations and safety standards.

Requirements

Freshgraduates are welcome to apply.

Capable of coordinating field activities, including supervision and site monitoring.

Able to troubleshoot and provide technical solutions in accordance with established procedures.

Proficient in calculating material volume measurements.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Able to deliver product presentations and conduct application demonstrations.

Possess a valid SIM A or SIM C driving license.
