Job Description

Drive customer success in a high-performance culture. The purpose of the role is to achieve profitable sales by providing timely and appropriate customer service and technical expertise in response to customers' needs to ensure the successful achievement of the company's objectives and growth. The role involves providing information and technical advice via telephone or e-mail on products and applications. The job holder needs to actively promote sales in cooperation with other sales channels. What You’ll Do

Technical Advisory & Support: Provide timely, professional advice on products, applications, and technical specifications via telephone and email to ensure customer success. Revenue Growth: Drive profitable sales and active promotions through professional phone consultations and close collaboration with other sales channels. Order Management: Manage the full order lifecycle, including order realization, machine service coordination, inventory checks, and tracking shipments. Commercial & Logistics Coordination: Deliver accurate information on pricing, delivery conditions, and stock status while maintaining seamless communication with logistics and freight partners. Issue Resolution & Feedback: Efficiently resolve customer complaints, provide vital feedback to the salesforce, and ensure consistent follow-up with clients. Operational Excellence: Maintain database integrity, process administrative requests (invoices/copies), and ensure strict compliance with standards. What You’ll Bring

Hold at least bachelors degree of related major 1-2 years of customer facing experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good English in speaking and writing Provision in giving and receiving information via telephone or e-mail in time Familiar with database management Having experience in using SAP Dynamic personality to build cooperation with Sales and Logistics team Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment Self-motivated and a quick learner Highly adaptable with a “can-do” attitude What’s In It For You
