Collections Supervisor

Job Summary Collection Supervisor is responsible for leading the collection team to ensure overdue accounts are managed effectively and recovery targets are achieved. This role focuses on monitoring team performance, implementing collection strategies, and ensuring all collection activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards.

Job Description Supervise daily activities of the collection team to achieve recovery targets. Monitor team performance and ensure productivity and quality standards are met. Develop and implement effective collection strategies for overdue fintech accounts. Handle escalated or complex customer cases from collection agents. Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Prepare regular reports on collection performance and recovery progress.

Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field. Minimum

2-3 years of experience in collections , preferably in

fintech or financial services . Proven experience in

team leadership or supervisory role . Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a

target-driven and fast-paced environment .
