Account Manager

Minimum Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success within B2B SaaS or Fintech. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and expansion targets. Strong ability to translate product features into business value for mid-market clients. Proficiency in CRM management (HubSpot) and using data to track account health and churn risk.

Preferred Qualifications Proven experience using analytics to proactively identify risks and build data-backed business cases for renewals and expansion. Understanding of the global travel distribution ecosystem or cross-border payment infrastructure.

About the Job Bakuun is building the infrastructure that powers global travel distribution, through our suite of integrated solutions from connectivity APIs to marketplace distribution to payment processing.

As an Account Manager, you are the primary advocate for our demand partners. Your mission is to ensure that every client in your portfolio is deriving maximum value from our platform. You will own the relationship lifecycle, from post-onboarding to renewal, with a relentless focus on retention and expansion.

Responsibilities Manage a dedicated portfolio of accounts, acting as their strategic partner to ensure high product adoption and long-term satisfaction. Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive incremental revenue growth within your existing base. Proactively identify and mitigate churn risk by leveraging usage analytics and health scores to develop targeted retention plans. Lead strategic reviews with clients to report on ROI, surface pain points, and align our product roadmap with their business goals. Act as the voice of our demand partners , synthesizing feedback for the Product teams to drive customer-centric improvements. Establish and maintain account records to ensure continuity and enable data-driven decision-making.
