first local team member and office lead . This is a key role with long-term growth potential. You will act as the

bridge between our headquarters and the Jakarta team , combining

office leadership, project management, and technical understanding . Your Role As our

Office Lead & Technical Project Manager , you will be responsible for both the operational setup of our Jakarta office and the successful coordination of software development projects. You will work closely with our international leadership team and play a central role in building and shaping our local team. Key Responsibilities Office & Team Leadership Lead and represent our Jakarta office locally Serve as the main point of contact between the Indonesia office and our international headquarters Help build a professional, structured, and positive office culture Support administrative coordination (workspace organization, local vendors, basic office operations) Hiring & Team Development Support the recruitment of software developers and other local team members Conduct first-round interviews and provide structured candidate feedback Actively participate in hiring together with headquarters Help onboard new team members and ensure smooth integration into our workflows Project Management Plan, coordinate, and monitor software development projects Ensure tasks are clearly defined and deadlines are met Track project progress and report status, risks, and blockers to headquarters Facilitate communication between developers and international stakeholders Help implement and improve project management processes Technical Understanding Understand modern software development processes and environments Be able to communicate effectively with developers about technical topics Translate business and product requirements into structured tasks with the team

Your Profile We are looking for someone who combines

leadership, structure, and technical understanding . Required: Several years of experience in

project management

within software or IT environments Strong understanding of

software development processes

(Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.) Experience working with or alongside software developers Excellent organizational and communication skills Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and integrity Professional fluency in

English

(spoken and written) Based in

Jakarta

and available to work on-site Highly valued: Experience in a

software development company

or tech agency Experience in

team leadership

or office coordination Technical background (e.g. former developer, technical degree, or strong technical exposure)
