We are currently hiring for the role of Financial & Reporting Analyst. In this role you will be responsible but not limited to:

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly financial reports and timely submission to Headquarter

Conduct variance analysis to support management review

Provide financial data and insights to assist business operations

Support business teams in monitoring cost, profitability, and other performance indicators

Support budgeting and rolling forecast process

Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management and business reviews

Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and financial procedures

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to collect data and ensure accuracy in financial reporting

Assist Finance and Accounting team in month‑end and year‑end closing

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting (master's degree is highly preferred)

Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting roles (Finance analyst or FP&A analyst is plus)

Good knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills

Strong communication skill and ability to work cross‑functionally

Proficiency in MS Excel, financial software and ERP system

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
