Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for a Client Relations Staff, based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The daily responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, addressing client inquiries, ensuring client satisfaction, and providing excellent customer support. The role also involves effective communication with both clients and team members to strengthen relationships and enhance the overall client experience.

Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships Expertise in ensuring customer satisfaction and managing client relations Proven experience in customer support and handling client requests professionally Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred Experience in financial services or related industries is an advantage
