Role Overview
As a Performance Marketing Lead at Pluang, you will drive end-to-end user acquisition across iOS and Android through Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, SEM, TikTok, and Meta. You’ll unlock each platform’s full potential — from top-of-funnel reach to bottom-funnel conversion — by identifying and scaling high-ROI opportunities (“alpha”) that outperform competitors and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
This is an individual contributor role for someone who combines deep hands-on execution with strategic clarity — able to design the full-funnel playbook (top-down strategy) and execute it with analytical precision (bottom-up optimization).
What You’ll Own (Outcomes)
Growth Efficiency:
Deliver higher NTU (New Transacting Users) by maximizing tROAS within defined payback guardrails.
Platform Alpha:
Consistently unlock each platform’s true potential by identifying and scaling growth levers across campaign structures, creative execution, bidding strategies, and goal optimization to outperform market benchmarks.
Cross-Platform Integration:
Build a unified iOS and Android acquisition engine optimized for ROAS and high-value user acquisition.
Measurement Integrity:
Ensure complete tracking accuracy across AppsFlyer, SKAN, and internal dashboards with zero data or attribution gaps.
Experimentation Velocity:
Design, run, and document weekly experiments across audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies with measurable uplifts and rapid scaling of winners.
Responsibilities
Strategy
Define and execute top-to-bottom channel strategies across Apple Search Ads, Google Ads (SEM/UAC), TikTok, and Meta to deliver sustainable NTU growth within efficiency guardrails.
Utilize agentic automation flows to accelerate keyword discovery, bidding optimization, and campaign scaling — turning repetitive workflows into self-learning systems.
Build a unified keyword system linking root-level intent (ASA, SEM) with broad growth engines (UAC, Smart Campaigns).
Balance precision vs. automation to achieve high-quality user growth and superior ROAS.
Identify platform “alphas” and codify learnings into scalable growth playbooks.
Partner with CRM, Product, and Data teams to link acquisition efficiency with LTV impact.
Execution
Operate and scale campaigns across iOS and Android with CAC, tROAS, and payback guardrails.
Use agentic automation systems for pacing, bidding, and creative iteration.
Standardize campaign structures and conversion mapping in AppsFlyer and SKAN.
Reallocate budgets dynamically by marginal ROAS and expected payback.
Maintain campaign hygiene, tracking accuracy, and compliance integrity.
Track NTU, CAC, tROAS, and payback across iOS and Android using AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, and Looker Studio.
Validate postbacks, event schema, and attribution flow for zero data gaps.
Requirements
Must-Have
Proven, in-depth experience in performance marketing for high-growth B2C / consumer apps.
Track record of driving NTU growth and improving tROAS within payback guardrails.
Expertise across ASA, Google Ads (Search/YouTube/Discovery/UAC), TikTok, and Meta.
Ability to execute full-funnel campaigns from keyword strategy to launch, optimization, and scaling.
Skilled in AppsFlyer (event schema, postbacks, SKAN) and cohort or incrementality analysis.
Strong analytical fluency with Looker Studio, Mixpanel, and Excel/Sheets.
Comfortable using Generative and Agentic AI tools for automation and creative testing.
Clear communicator; data-driven; fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Nice-to-Have (Plus)
Fintech/regulatory familiarity in Indonesia; ASO awareness to lift store CVR support paid.
Experience driving ASA–ASO synergy to improve iOS acquisition, TTR, and organic rank.
Established platform/vendor relationships (Google/Apple/YouTube).
SQL/Python for deeper analysis or automation; exposure to MMM/attribution.
