Finance Accounting Tax Manager

Responsibilities

Plan and develop policies and system management Finance & Accounting

Prepare, create, review, monitoring and manage budgets

Coordinate and carry out financial planning and analysis to provide input in making business decisions, for investment needs, expansion, operations and other financial conditions

Coordinate and control the implementation of accounting functions in the company

Plan, coordinate, and control the company's cash flow, account balances, receivables, and payables

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Finance and Accounting

Minimum 3-5 years experience as Finance & Accounting Manager

Experience in any financial Accounting roles

Has experience in the property industry

Understand of budgeting, short and long-term

In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and industry legislation

Proven knowledge of financial analysis and strategy

Good communication and presentation skills

Excellent teamwork skills

Interpersonal relationship skills
