We’re Hiring: Head of Project Control (Architecture & Development) Top Group is expanding and we’re looking for a structured, execution-driven

Head of Project Control

to oversee multiple development projects across Jakarta (primary base), Bandung and Bali.

This role goes beyond site management.

Responsibilities

RAB preparation and cost control

Timeline planning and delivery tracking

3D rendering (SketchUp + Enscape/Lumion)

Contractor coordination

Multi-project oversight and reporting

You will work directly with the founder and play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with strong execution standards.

Qualifications

Architecture or Civil Engineering background

4–8 years experience

Strong in Excel & RAB structuring

Proficient in SketchUp and rendering tools

Comfortable managing multiple active projects

Structured, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure

Jakarta-based, with flexibility to travel to Bali when required.

This is a long‑term leadership‑track role within a growing development group.
