Job Description Identify and implement efforts to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of operations and services. Coordinate operational activities with related internal and external work units to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Supervise the implementation of all operational processes carried out by staff under his/her control and ensure that all staff work according to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Seek solutions and alternatives for urgent operational constraints and irregularities and report the solutions to the senior operations manager. Coordinate and support the sales, key account, and customer service teams to ensure operational activities align with customer requests and desires. Create work programs and implementation plans to achieve the targets of the unit under his/her leadership. Ensure that company regulations and SOPs are understood and implemented by all relevant staff. Regularly monitor and ensure the performance of the unit and its subordinate teams through a measurable performance reporting system. Identify opportunities for improving the unit's performance and submit recommendations for improvement to management. Present reports on both routine and incidental unit activities and performance. Presenting it to management if necessary Attending regular meetings to evaluate company performance with GM Providing performance assessments for employees within the company

Qualification Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) Minimum 3 years of experience at same position Operation Management Skill, Customer Service Skill, Communication Skill Experience on Freight Forwarding & Logistics Business Experience on Freight Operation Management Experience on Customer Service Management Can Communicate an English both Oral & Written Know BC Regulation as well Dangerous Goods Regulation ISO 9001 & OHSAS 18001 PPJK Certificate (Optional) Willing to work on Saturdays Placement in Cengkareng, West Jakarta
