Overview
SMS Indonesia is a marketing agency that runs nationwide offline activation programs in hospitals, clinics, schools, universities, and other community locations. We are part of a Japan‑based group with a strong presence across Asia, working with leading FMCG, healthcare, and lifestyle brands.
Position
Sales Executive – responsible for independently finding and closing new clients while managing key accounts in the FMCG and healthcare sectors. This role requires real experience in closing deals and negotiating directly with brand or marketing teams in an agency or media environment.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and close new FMCG, healthcare, or consumer brand clients.
Develop and present strategic offline activation proposals.
Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
Manage project profitability and revenue targets.
Collaborate with internal operations and creative teams.
Expand revenue within existing accounts.
Build long‑term relationships with brand managers and marketing teams.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in advertising agencies, marketing agencies, or media companies, with a track record of independently generating sales.
Diploma/Bachelor's degree (any major).
Proficient communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Experience dealing with FMCG companies is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
