Role Description This is a full-time, on‑site role for a Geology Superintendent, based in Kendari. The Geology Superintendent will oversee and manage geological activities related to the exploration, evaluation, and development of mining resources. The role includes supervising geological teams, implementing best practices for resource estimation, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards, and collaborating with other departments to optimize mining operations. Additionally, the Geology Superintendent will conduct geological studies, analyze geotechnical data, and provide reports to support operational decisions.

Qualifications

Expertise in Geological Studies, Resource Estimation, and Geotechnical Analysis

Experience in Team Management, Project Planning, and Operational Oversight

Strong knowledge of Environmental Compliance and Mine Safety Regulations

Proficiency in Geological Software and Data Interpretation Tools

Excellent Communication, Analytical, and Problem‑Solving Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, or related field

Experience in mining operations, particularly in nickel exploration, is highly advantageous

Familiarity with sustainable and ethical mining practices is a plus
