As a Junior member of the Business Consulting – Finance (FSO) team, you will mainly contribute your skills in finance, accounting, internal control over financial reporting and ERP financial modules to EY's clients and internal projects. An important part of your role will be to actively establish internal and external relationships while helping to identify potential business opportunities for Ernst & Young within existing engagements and escalating these to a manager or above as appropriate. You will anticipate and identify risks within engagements and raise any issues with senior members of the team. Job Roles

Participate in finance transformation engagements focused on Digital Finance, Performance and Value Management, Regulatory Compliance and Global Business Services.

Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility and providing support while maintaining communication and coordinating subordinate activities; update the manager or above as appropriate.

Assist in preparing for meetings with target client management teams.

Help prepare reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties.

Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel.

Build strong internal relationships within Ernst & Young Business Consulting and with other services across the organization.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or master's) in Accounting, Finance or Business with a minimum 3.0 GPA (out of 4.0). An advanced degree is a bonus.

1-2 years of experience as a financial consultant/auditor in consulting firms or as a finance and accounting staff/business analyst in the financial services industry. Fresh graduates with impressive internship experience are welcomed.

Interest in business process re‑engineering, finance technology implementation for process efficiency and digitalization.

Good understanding of the business value chain and ERP finance modules is an advantage.

Exposure to ESG finance planning and analysis, risk assessment, financial metrics monitoring and reporting is an advantage.

Excellent written and verbal skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English; knowledge of another language is a plus.

Strong leadership, teamwork, cross‑disciplinary and cross‑country collaboration.

Strong project management skills handling multiple projects and diverse teams.

Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, presentation and communication skills.
