Team Leader Marketing & Business Development

to support business growth in the cosmetic OEM/ODM (toll manufacturing) industry. This position is responsible for leading marketing and product development activities, managing key clients, and coordinating cross‑functional projects.

You will lead the

Marketing & Business Development Team

(Part Leader and Staff) and report directly to the

Marketing Director .

Work Location Job Responsibilities

Lead OEM/ODM marketing activities to achieve business, sales, and project targets.

Manage and develop key clients while identifying new business opportunities.

Oversee New Product Development (NPD) and product launch processes.

Coordinate with internal divisions (R&D, Production, SCM, QA, Regulatory, and Administration).

Supervise and support team members to ensure effective daily operations and project execution.

Ensure all projects comply with GMP/CPKB, Halal, ISO, and cosmetic industry regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing Management, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.

Minimum

5 years of experience

in

Product Development

within cosmetic manufacturing, OEM/ODM, toll manufacturing, beauty industry, or B2B pharmaceutical industry.

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Good understanding of cosmetic and beauty industry trends.

Strong knowledge of new product development processes.

Good command of

English (spoken and written) ; able to communicate with global clients/partners.

Strong planning, organizing, and project management skills.

Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.

High motivation and strong passion for the cosmetics industry.

Proficient in

Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) .
