Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position for a Business Executive in the JABODETABEK area, with the flexibility to work from the Jakarta office and remotely as needed. The Business Executive will be responsible for executing sales strategies to achieve business targets, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional financial and insurance services. The role will also involve market analysis, sales reporting, and participating in training programs to enhance expertise.

Qualifications

Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and business development

Experience in client relationship management and delivering exceptional customer service

Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies

Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred but not mandatory

Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia

Income based on commissions
