We are looking for a highly driven
Social Media & Performance Marketing Specialist
professional who combines strong creative execution with data-driven performance marketing expertise. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end social media and paid advertising strategies, driving organic growth, generating qualified leads, and leveraging AI tools to enhance team productivity and campaign effectiveness.
Responsibilities for Social Media & Content scope:
Ability to manage the content lifecycle end-to-end: from trend research and creative concept development to execution (shooting/directing talent).
Proficient in video editing tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere to produce dynamic, trend-driven content.
Strong copywriting skills to create persuasive captions aligned with the brand voice.
Skilled in daily performance monitoring, social media data analysis, and preparing regular reports (weekly/monthly).
Capable of developing detailed and clear creative briefs for Graphic Designers (including visual references, color palette, key messages, and technical dimensions).
Responsible for monitoring designers’ progress and conducting quality control to ensure final outputs meet the brief and established quality standards.
Able to provide data-driven strategic recommendations to achieve both short-term and long-term objectives.
Responsibilities for Performance Marketing (Paid Ads) scope:
Proficient in managing Meta Ads campaigns for brand awareness and engagement objectives.
Proficient in running Google Ads (Search/Display) and LinkedIn Ads with a primary focus on lead generation (B2B/B2C).
Strong understanding of ad optimization concepts, including A/B testing, audience targeting, and budget management to maximize ROI/ROAS.
AI & Automation Skills (Major Plus)
Proficient in using various AI tools to enhance productivity, such as:
Generative AI for ideation and copywriting.
Visual/Video AI tools for image and video production.
Workflow automation tools to automate repetitive tasks in content distribution or data management.
Demonstrates high curiosity and proactive learning regarding the latest AI developments to improve team efficiency.
General Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or Performance Marketing, with a strong track record of delivering measurable growth and campaign results
(agency background is highly preferred).
Demonstrated experience handling brands in competitive industries, with the ability to translate business objectives into effective digital strategies.
Strong portfolio showcasing consistent organic growth across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, including clear metrics (followers growth, engagement rate, reach, impressions, leads, etc.).
Hands-on experience producing short-form video content (Reels/TikTok), from ideation to execution, with examples of content that achieved strong engagement or virality.
Deep understanding of audience segmentation, customer journey mapping, and content personalization across different platforms.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and turn them into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly when working with designers, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
Highly proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
