Join our team to drive effective grant administration that supports Singapore's industry digital transformation initiatives. As a Manager/Senior Manager, you will manage the end‑to‑end grant lifecycle, ensure efficient processing, compliance, and stakeholder engagement whilst contributing to our mission of advancing digital adoption and innovation across Singapore's industries.
What you will be working on:
Key Responsibilities:
Grant Lifecycle Management – lead the comprehensive management of grant applications from initial submission through to final disbursement and post‑award monitoring. Evaluate applications against established criteria, conduct thorough assessments of supporting documentation, and make informed recommendations that align with programme objectives and industry transformation priorities.
Stakeholder Partnership and Engagement – build and maintain strong relationships with industry applicants, government agencies, and business partners. Serve as the primary liaison, providing expert guidance on application processes, facilitating workshops where needed, and ensuring clear, timely communication that enhances the applicant experience and programme effectiveness.
Systems Optimisation and Workflow Enhancement – drive continuous improvement of grant management systems and processes through systematic analysis and optimisation initiatives. Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, implement process improvements, and leverage technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and stakeholder experience across the grant lifecycle.
Compliance and Risk Management – ensure full adherence to government policies, funding guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Monitor programme compliance, conduct risk assessments, prepare comprehensive reports for senior management, and support audit processes that demonstrate accountability and transparency in fund management.
What we are looking for:
Essential Experience and Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ experience in grants administration, programme management, audit, or related fields
Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Accounting, Data Science, or relevant discipline
Demonstrated understanding of government processes and regulatory compliance frameworks
Technical Capabilities
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and database management systems
Experience with grant management platforms and process optimisation tools
Strong systems thinking with proven ability to analyse and improve complex workflows
Process improvement and project management skills
Core Competencies
Exceptional attention to detail with proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder processes
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with experience engaging diverse audiences
Collaborative mindset with demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams and across organisational boundaries
