Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in dry bulk shipping operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and operational best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
