Key Responsibilities

Point of Contact: Serve as the main contact person for all collaborating KOLs

Database Management: Update the KOL database and campaign status trackers (Google Sheets/Excel) regularly

Relationship Building: Build strong, personal relationships with creators to ensure they feel valued and remain loyal to the brand

Training Coordination: Coordinate and ensure all KOLs attend mandatory training sessions, webinars, or onboarding workshops organized by the company

Requirements

Open for active University Students and Fresh Graduates. (Must be able to manage time effectively between study and work)

Prior experience in KOL Management is a plus, but we are open to beginners with a strong passion for social media

Deep understanding of current trends, especially on TikTok and Instagram

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Must be persuasive and polite
