Personal & Executive Assistant to Managing Director
PT Hydac Technology Indonesia
Organizing and maintaining an executive's calendar, booking meetings, and making appointments.
Arranging and coordinating schedules of Directors (internal & External), i.e : meetings, distributing agendas and ensure the daily schedule runs according to the existing plan.
Coordinating travel plans, booking flights and accommodations, and managing travel expenses.
Providing general administrative support distributing documents including ordering office supplies for Directors, processing invoices, and handling other tasks as needed.
Providing daily report for Morning Briefing Directorate
Document Management in preparing and report the approval to the Director and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar executive assistant or secretary role, preferably within the financial services industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal
A proactive, discreet, and adaptable approach to work
