Role Description

This is a contract-based role for a Principal Partner, located on‑site in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Principal Partner will oversee strategic projects, ensuring they align with organisational goals and client requirements. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, supervising project deliverables, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role requires a high level of accountability for delivering results and fostering business growth within the company's strategic service units.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Strategic Project Management and Project Implementation

Deep understanding in implementing training or modules based on PMI Triangle (Ways of Working, Power Skills, and Business Acumen)

Proficiency in Learning & Development methodologies with a focus on Project Management

Exceptional leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities

Proven experience in managing strategic projects and team collaboration across functional areas

Preferred qualifications include a degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field, and certifications like PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM (Certified Associate Project Management)
