Manager Finance & Accounting Location: Jakarta

Requirements

Minimum 35 years old

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (master's degree or professional certification such as CPA is a plus)

Proven experience in financial reporting, accounting operations, and closing processes

Strong knowledge of audit procedures and experience working with external auditors

Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance; experience in preparing and reviewing tax filings is highly beneficial

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Demonstrated leadership and team development abilities

Job Description

Lead and oversee all financial reporting processes, accounting operations, and monthly/annual closing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness

Manage internal and external audit procedures and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards

Oversee tax regulations compliance, including preparation and review of company tax filings

Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic insights to management to support business decision‑making

Develop and mentor the finance & accounting team to enhance team capabilities and performance

Manage multiple priorities and ensure all deadlines are met with high‑quality standards

Coordinate with external auditors and other relevant stakeholders

Implement and optimize financial systems and processes to improve operational efficiency
