Responsibilities
Lead outbound personnel and manage end-to-end operations, including picking and packing.
Develop JIT wave monitoring and system-based task allocation plans to ensure timely and efficient daily outbound operations.
Monitor real-time outbound workflows, address customer-reported exceptions, and coordinate with couriers for seamless parcel handover.
Analyze outbound metrics (e.g., labor productivity, accuracy) to optimize workflows and storage layouts, and implement standardized procedures to reduce errors and boost efficiency.
Conduct skill development programs for picking, packing, and related tasks, and enforce safety protocols to maintain a compliant and productive work environment.
Partner with logistics, customer service, and other teams to align inventory and order fulfillment, compile outbound data, and drive continuous process improvements.
Requirements
Experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Fluency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) to ensure effective communication with internal teams and external partners.
