Responsibilities

Develop and execute HR strategies to support company goals.

Promote a culture of agility, collaboration, and continuous learning across the organization.

Lead talent acquisition and drive employee development through training, coaching, and career planning.

Implement and monitor performance management systems.

Act as a strategic partner to leadership while managing employee relations, compliance, and culture development.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including 2 years in a leadership role.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.

Able to work in fast-paced environments.

Fluent in English is preferred.
