IT Operation

Responsibilities

Analyze IT operational processes and identify improvement opportunities.

Develop and implement continuous process improvement initiatives.

Monitor IT service performance and prepare periodic reports.

Collaborate with IT teams and business users to enhance service efficiency.

Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and support IT governance and audit requirements.

Requirements

Must be willing to work in Manyar, Gresik, East Java.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field with minimum GPA 3.00.

Basic understanding of IT Infrastructure, OT/IT, IT Service Management Process concepts (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB).

Experience with at least one RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, preferably Microsoft SQL Server).

Having industrial knowledge, especially exposure to smelter or refinery processes is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerShell Scripting is a plus.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
