Supervisor R&D

Overview Oversee the company's R&D functions at PT. Citarasa Kuliner Indonesia, ensuring that companies meet their objectives for researching and developing new products or technologies and improve existing products through lead the company's research staff and ensure the companies correctly understand and anticipate market demand, planning and developing products to meet consumer needs and remain competitive in the marketplace.

Responsibilities

Direct the Research and Development (R&D) program, from new product proposal to commercialization.

Drive accountability, consistency, quality, and process standardization across all phases of research and development. In accordance with company objectives develop and monitor research plans and budgets for R&D projects, ensuring projects are completed on time and within cost objectives.

Develop and implement strategic R&D plans aligned with the company\'s business objectives

Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and consumer trends.

Ensure all products comply with relevant local regulations and standards.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Prepare and review technical documents for regulatory submissions.

Drive research initiatives to explore new ingredients, formulations, and technologies.

Maintain good communication, relationship and other resources necessary for R&D activities

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology

Minimum 5 years’ experience in Research and Development especially in Food and Beverage Manufacturing industry, as well as frozen food or similiar

Strong communication, leadership skill and analytical thinking

Willing to be placed in Bandung

Proven track record of successful product development and commercialization.

In-depth knowledge of formulation science, ingredient functionality, and product testing methodologies.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards in the food

Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong presentation and negotiation skills

Good leadership and communication
