Accountant Supervisor

Responsibilities Oversee full-cycle accounting, tax, and fund management across multiple entities, ensuring compliance with WHT and VAT regulations. Lead monthly closing activities, including journal entries and bank reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Manage end-to-end payment processes, including vendor payments and employee reimbursements. Monitor cash flow and fund management, ensuring proper documentation and internal control. Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial and tax records in compliance with regulations. Review foreign exchange and cross-border transactions, ensuring alignment with import documentation (PIB) and internal records. Monitor foreign exchange transactions and support exchange rate risk control through proper planning and coordination. Coordinate cross-border payments and repayments, working closely with the supply chain team to mitigate financial and tax risks.

Qualifications Diploma / Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Economics or related fields. Proficient in English (written & spoken); Mandarin is a strong plus. At least 3+years of working experience in accounting, finance or tax, with team management or supervisory experience preferred. Solid professional knowledge in financial accounting, fund management and tax compliance. Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented with strong leadership, communication and team management skills.
