Senior Recruitment Consultant

Actively source and qualify candidates

Assisting clients and candidates along every stage of interview, including scheduling, feedback, follow up, updates and reporting

Doing B2B Business Development (sourcing & acquiring new clients)

Responsible to achieve both sales target and activities target given by the team lead and management

Understand both job seekers and client’s expectations, and manage successful & good process in any job seeking experience

Work closely with team lead and other team members in handling a project

Working to improve recruitment efficiency

Maintaining to improve recruitment efficiency

Requirements:

1-2 years experience as Recruitment Consultant preferably from Head Hunter Company - doing outsourcing

Fluent in English (Speaking & Writing)

Sales or goal oriented.

Good communication skills.

Able to meet strict deadlines.

Independently motivated.
