We’re Hiring: Part-Time Personal Assistant to COO (Onsite – Semarang)
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our COO in daily administrative and operational tasks.
This is a part-time onsite role based in Semarang, ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling both paperwork and coordination tasks.
Working Hours
Monday – Friday
08:00 – 12:00 (4 hours/day)
Onsite – Semarang
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage invoices & quotations
Handle daily paperwork, documentation, and filing
Assist with customer chat replies and follow-ups
Reach out to potential leads / contacts when needed
Arrange travel bookings (train tickets, hotels, etc.)
Manage schedules, meetings, and reminders
Provide day‑to‑day personal & business support to the COO
Qualifications
Based in Semarang & available for onsite work
Highly organized and detail‑oriented
Strong communication skills (Indonesian & basic English)
Comfortable using Google Workspace / admin tools
Trustworthy and able to handle confidential matters
