Report to Operations Manager directly - providing regular performance review on audit service and scheduling process
People monitoring to achieve team KPI goals (Utilization, TAT, Report Defect, Auditor Risk level etc)
Conduct / arrange report/field evaluations based on RS social auditor competency guideline requirements.
Provide feedback to Operations Supervisors to determine auditor performance, such feedback can contribute to a list of managerial actions, included but is not limited to promotion, demotion, termination, annual review, discipline.
Act as a mentor to the new hires in the team, provide support and conduct field training.
Communications with auditors: hold small-sized team meetings based on actual needs via phone, and Lync.
Work with Training Specialist, to conduct classroom training, provide updates, emphasize client specific issues, and review audit procedures with team members during regular team/individual meeting.
Collect audit defects, analyze quality related issues, performance concerns.
Review Quality Assurance notes with auditors and track auditors' improvement.
Conduct Special program audits, shadow audits, audit time around 10% etc.
Assist auditors on law clarifications and technical supports.
Act as a scheduler for audit booking and update.
Internal communication with client service and support service team to benefit scheduling efficiency.
Other related task/duties arranged based on business needs.
Responsibilities
Responsible for monitoring and improving auditors’ performance following RS SOP 6.1-1 - Auditor Training and Competence; enhancing the communications between auditors and management team; coordinating with other departments to ensure operation efficiency and quality.
For audit scheduling task, duty to schedule field audit between customer and supplier/factories in an efficient and effective manner to maximize utilization rate and profitability. Maintain internal audit scheduling calendar, handles internal and external scheduling requests, communicates changes, and directs concerns and inquiries to appropriate personnel.
Qualifications
Possession of a four-year college degree.
Preferably with CSR industry, social compliance audits, and other audit types (SMETA,BSCI,RBA).
Willingness and ability to travel to other regions and or throughout the designated country (up to 80% annually).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and fully proficient/literate in a 2nd language.
Excellent oral communication skills; capable of addressing high executive audiences and conduct opening and closing conferences in front of multiple people.
Excellent mathematical skills and analytical skills.
Creative and innovative thinking to problem solve and streamline processes.
Honest, trustworthy and reliable Able to maintain high ethical standards.
Ability to remain, objective and professional in challenging situations.
Ability to work in fast paced work environment both independently and in a group setting and to interact with all levels of staff.
Comfortable with confrontation, diplomatic, easy to talk to, friendly demeanor.
Ability to operate in a multicultural environment with persons varying in socio-economic status.
Ability to lead a team of auditors to monitor and improve the individual performance.
Communication and coordination skills to work with different teams to realize team management goal.
Proficient in internet navigation, e‑mail and PC software such as Microsoft Word, Excel.
