About the location
Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay is proud to provide our guests with the highest standards of luxury and personalized service. Located on the southern tip of the island of Bali on the northeast slopes of the Bukit peninsula, the resort features luxuriously appointed private villas built into a gently terraced hillside named Bukit Permai (“beautiful hill”).
Professional Experience
Extensive leadership experience in both public relations and marketing disciplines, ideally within luxury hospitality and/or luxury goods/services.
Proven ability to develop and execute integrated content strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels to deliver measurable outcomes and optimize ROI.
Skilled in managing agency relationships, including defining scopes, KPIs, and governance.
Experience in overseeing paid media and SEO strategies, interpreting performance dashboards, and partnering with agencies to optimize initiatives.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
Experience
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in public relations and marketing, including leadership responsibilities; luxury hospitality or related industry experience preferred.
Position Outline
Strategy, Planning & Performance
Develop and lead the annual PR and Marketing strategy and supporting channel plans aligned with commercial goals and property priorities.
Lead the creation and execution of the integrated marketing and communications calendar, including campaign plans, global brand initiatives, and on‑property activations.
Identify and analyze seasonal trends, key moments, priority feeder markets, and target audiences to inform annual marketing and campaign planning.
Apply market intelligence, consumer trends, guest insights, and competitive analysis to guide positioning and data‑driven decision‑making.
Oversee planning, allocation, and tracking of Advertising & Promotion (A&P) investments within the property’s P&L.
Establish and monitor a local measurement framework (KPIs); track Property Scorecard metrics; conduct post‑campaign analysis.
Deliver comprehensive performance reporting across all channels; apply insights to refine strategies and optimize future initiatives.
Set and manage annual budgets with disciplined financial accountability.
Maximize adoption of global brand initiatives and campaigns in local and feeder markets.
Champion brand stewardship at the property level by ensuring consistent execution of brand guidelines with local relevance.
Public Relations and Reputation Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with tier‑one local, regional, and international media through proactive pitching, press trips, and immersive experiences.
Maintain an up‑to‑date Press Room with media materials and property assets aligned to strategic narratives.
Direct local PR agency work: define scopes, expectations, and success measures.
Support the designated property spokesperson (GM) with strategic guidance, interview preparation, and media engagement facilitation.
Develop and execute an annual awards strategy aligned with brand priorities.
Act as a strategic advisor on crisis communications and reputation management.
Maintain and activate a crisis communications plan, leading cross‑functional messaging during issues.
Support community relations and Four Seasons for Good initiatives.
Integrated Marketing and Digital Media
Lead integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels to drive reach, conversion, and aspiration.
Define and activate the property’s unique positioning through compelling storytelling and creative expression.
Manage production and coordination of property photo and video shoots.
Identify, negotiate, and activate strategic brand collaborations.
Develop and execute social media and owned‑channel content strategies; create influencer and content creator programs.
Establish digital performance growth goals across SEO, PPC, paid social, display, and programmatic.
Interpret performance dashboards and partner with agencies to optimize performance in real time.
Maintain and optimize owned web content across Four Seasons digital platforms.
Execute marketing initiatives for on‑property activations and guest experiences aligned with brand positioning.
Guide CRM‑driven acquisition and retention strategies.
Oversee translation and localization of content.
Leadership and Cross‑Functional
Lead, coach, and develop PR and Marketing team members.
Build cross‑functional partnerships with Operations, Sales, Revenue Management, and Finance.
Collaborate with Regional and Corporate Commercial teams.
Act as a key strategic partner on property.

Familiarity with CRM acquisition and retention strategies.
Experience with integrated marketing management and measurement tools.
