Job Description
We are seeking an adaptable and well-rounded HR Generalist to support our consumer portfolio company. This role is designed for an HR professional who is comfortable operating across the full employee lifecycle — from day‑to‑day HR operations to providing strategic people support to business leaders. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, pragmatic, and able to balance structure with flexibility in fast‑moving, growth‑oriented environments.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Oversee end‑to‑end HR processes including recruitment coordination, onboarding, offboarding, contract administration, and employee documentation.
Manage HR administration and ensure accurate, timely maintenance of employee records and HR systems.
Support payroll inputs, benefits administration, and coordination with external vendors as required.
Employee Relations & Compliance
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and day‑to‑day HR matters.
Support the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
Ensure HR practices are aligned with applicable labor regulations and internal standards.
Performance & Talent Support
Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and follow‑ups.
Support learning, development, and engagement initiatives as needed.
Provide basic guidance to managers on people‑related matters and team management.
Strategic HR Support
Partner with leadership to support workforce planning, organizational needs, and people initiatives.
Contribute to HR projects such as policy development, process improvement, and organizational effectiveness.
Support change initiatives and business growth by aligning HR practices with evolving needs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in fast‑paced or growing organizations.
Solid understanding of end‑to‑end HR processes and local labor regulations.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a practical and collaborative approach.
