As a

Sales & Marketing Manager (English Speaker) , you will be responsible for

driving revenue growth and expanding market presence for the Air Dome

product, which is used for sports complexes, event halls, exhibition centers, and concert venues. This role requires an

independent, results‑oriented, and aggressive professional in driving sales growth. Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in the property development, real estate, or related industries. Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong

communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

to engage with key stakeholders. Fluent in English (MUST). Responsibilities: Develop and implement

strategic sales plans

to expand the customer base and achieve revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, property developers, real estate agents, and stakeholders. Effectively communicate the

value proposition

of Air Dome products to potential buyers. Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring client satisfaction. Monitor industry trends, analyze market opportunities, and identify new business prospects. Drive

brand awareness and lead generation
