KOL/Affiliate Specialist

As we scale our presence in the beauty and skincare space, we’re looking for a KOL Specialist who can manage end-to-end influencer partnerships that bring our brand to life in authentic, exciting ways.

If you love working with creators, understand campaign flow from outreach to reporting, and want to grow a network of sun-loving advocates—this could be your next move.

Handle the full KOL management cycle: sourcing, vetting, outreach, negotiation, briefing, monitoring, and reporting.

Work with nano, micro, and macro influencers across platforms like TikTok and Shopee.

Develop KOL strategies and campaign concepts that align with product launches and marketing goals.

Create clear briefs and ensure timely execution of deliverables.

Coordinate product send-outs and approvals with internal teams.

Monitor and evaluate KOL performance (engagement, views, conversions, sentiment).

Build and maintain strong relationships with content creators and influencer agencies.

Stay ahead of trends and platform updates to ensure our KOL approach is fresh and relevant.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally in beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands.

Familiar with creator marketing on TikTok and Instagram—including rate negotiation and content evaluation.

Excellent project management skills: organized, responsive, and detail-oriented.

Comfortable handling multiple campaigns and creators at once.

Strong communication skills—both for creator engagement and internal coordination.

Based in Jakarta and able to work full-time from our office.
