Core Responsibilities & Deliverables
Electrical Repair (ceiling lamp, ceiling fan, exhaust, dryer machine, washing machine, dishwasher, water dispensing refrigerators, stacker/ extension cord, etc)
Door, rolling doorknobs, locks, hinges, and gates, as required.
Repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, showers, and exterior drains.
Painting and fry wall repair.
Replacing or touch up floors, small or basic touch-up structure, leaking building fixture etc.
Installing and repairing wires, plugs, and switches.
Painting communal areas and exterior walls.
Tracking inventory to ensure that you have adequate maintenance supplies.
Ensuring that fire extinguishers, hydrants, alarms, and emergency exits always remain in excellent working condition.
Scheduling repairs that warrant special technical skills.
Collects and removes garbage and recyclable materials and ensures the safe disposal.
Performs carpentry, electrical, painting, mechanical and plumbing maintenance and repairs such as repairing furniture, constructing shelves, installing switches, replacing plugs and other basic appliance repairs, applying paint and other finishes, repairing drywall, disassembling and reassembling equipment.
Roof maintenance, oversee roof maintenance program; inspect condition of roof, clean roof gutter and drains.
Oversee parking lot civil scoop including road marking and EV Charging functionality.
Light install and repair lamp and ballast and covers.
Collect and transport hazardous waste including battery and fluorescent tubes into shelter.
Participate in the preparation in Building Maintenance budget.
Load and reliver tables and chair to special event/purpose.
Respond to public inquiries in a courteous manner, provide information within the area of assignment.
Work with Landlord to provide several data test.
Open the Low‑Risk Permit.
Conduct Point of Work Risk Assessment with the Contractors.
Support Engineering Operation, Office and ESG Team in daily basis.
Support Customer punch list collaborate with Eng. Team.
Be a Part Of AP Team/ASP Personnel.
Elaborate and involve any operational Project/Task in daily live Operation Critical Mission Facility.

Qualifications & Skills
Minimum Diploma
HVAC or equivalent knowledge and certification will be advantageous.
Safety & Building Management skills is mandatory.
Safety & building certification will be advantageous.
Ability to lift to 50 pounds without assistance.
Dexterity and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Mechanical (Advance) and Electrical (Basic) skills hands on level.
English skill Advance level
Understand about tools and any Building standard/code of conduct is mandatory.
Doesn't have a phobia of heights or anything related to work.
Held several certifications WAH, Confined Space, First Aider, MEWPS Operator, Fire D will be advantageous.

Experienced in maintenance planning within a critical environment, control of RAMS and PTW processes.
Use and operation of BMS systems (ideally Schnieder Eco Structure).
CAFM Experience Essential (preferably Oracle).
Eye for detail on planning work packages.
Able to solve issues and report back independently to the engineering team.
Experienced in complex multi stakeholder planning to ensure critical path delivery.
Your skills and attitude:
Minimum 3 Years’ Experience Of CAFM Systems.
BMS operations and management experience.
NEBOSH/IOSH qualification (or working towards).
Formal engineering qualification, NVQ Level 5 or above.
Proven planning and scheduling skills within a critical environment.
HVAC or equivalent knowledge and certification will be advantageous.
