Overview
Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework to identify, assess, and mitigate key organisational risks.
Conduct regular internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, processes, and systems.
Prepare detailed audit reports and recommendations for improvement to management and the Board.
Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and track the remediation of identified issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance risk awareness and promote a strong risk management culture.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Provide strategic advice and guidance to senior management on risk-related matters.
Manage and develop the risk and internal audit team, fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment.

Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of experience in risk management/internal audit/compliance.
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management or a related field.
Excellent understanding of risk management principles, internal control frameworks, and auditing best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
