Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners using Mandarin, English, and Indonesian.

Develop and deliver approved NPD projects, ensuring all outputs meet specifications and deadlines.

Oversee the entire product development cycle, from market and trend research to product delivery and post‑launch performance monitoring.

Stay updated on industry movements and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for innovation.

Requirements

Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin is mandatory.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields preferred.

Strong interest in the beauty industry and awareness of current trends.

Familiarity with marketing and trend research is an advantage.

Strong multitasking ability and a collaborative work style.
