Store Leader (Jakarta)

Main Responsibilities

Ensure all store operations run smoothly and in compliance with SOPs

Manage staff scheduling and monitor attendance

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Conduct coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations for staff

Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally

Manage inventory and conduct regular stock checks

Qualifications

Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK)

Experience as a Store Leader / Supervisor in beauty, F&B, retail, or hospitality

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team

Communicative, assertive, and customer-service oriented

Comfortable working with sales targets and store operations
