Affiliate/Ecommerce Data Analyst

Responsibilities

Collect, process, and validate data from various sources (internal and external).

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports according to business needs.

Create dashboards and data visualizations for easy analysis.

Monitor performance metrics (KPIs, sales, ads, affiliate, or operational data as required).

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

Conduct basic data analysis to provide insights and recommendations.

Coordinate with relevant teams (marketing, sales, operations, finance, etc.).

Organize and maintain data reports and documentation properly.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing or e-commerce roles.

Strong proficiency in Excel.

Fluent in English is mandatory.

Good understanding of data processing and basic analysis.

Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable working with numbers.

Able to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Clear communicator who can translate data into actionable insights for non‑technical teams.
