Dispatcher

Responsibilities Ensure transportation capacity availability, including regular and additional trucks when required.

Monitor vehicle operations and improve service performance in the assigned area.

Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth transportation processes.

Track and optimize the usage of company-owned and rental vehicles.

Handle transportation issues such as delays, vehicle breakdowns, or route disruptions.

Monitor vehicle fuel consumption and support operational efficiency improvements.

Manage temporary vehicle dispatch arrangements when needed.

Requirements Minimum

High School Diploma , preferably with experience in

logistics or transportation dispatching .

Familiar with

logistics operations, transportation processes, and route planning .

Strong

communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills .

Proficient in

Microsoft Office (especially Excel) ; experience with

dispatch or GPS systems

is a plus.

Able to work

under pressure and handle urgent operational issues .
